Our customers are the most important part of our business. We ship 1000's of orders every year, each customer and order is important to us, we really do care!
We love to hear about the 1000's of different uses for our products including: hampers packaging, house moves, bedding for rescued hedgehogs, craft boxes, filling paddling pools and sending fragile china to world famous actors and sporting superstars! We love to hear from and engage with our customers!

Our Planet
Our Paper is sourced from the UK and shredded on-site to minimise our carbon footprint. All of our paper can be 100% recycled.
We aim to ship orders over 1Kg in recyclable cardboard boxes and encourage our customers to re use the boxes . Smaller order are shipped in shipping bags which are made or a recycled product and can be recycled.
Diana is one of our regular customers "The bonus is that every order is dispatched in a good quality cardboard box that I also reuse for further sales. Win, win all round!"
Fairness
All orders are shipped free of charge within the UK as standard (express delivery available for a small fee).
For orders outside the UK we will ship your items at cost. No admin, no hidden charges.
