Dispatch times and shipping
Our standard shipping time for the free Mainland UK shipping service is approximately 3-4 working days from ordering, at peak times this may increase. Orders received after our cut off time of 10am may have delivery times calculated as the following day. Changes to estimated delivery or dispatch times are shown on the home page.
Free shipping is available to most mainland UK postcodes. The following postcodes are excluded from our free shipping service AB31-35, AB41-54,AB36-38 AB55-56, BT, EI, FK 17-21, GY9, HS1-9, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-49, PA60-78 PH 19-99, PO30-41, TR21-25 and ZE
Free shipping is via Royal Mail or a national courier of our choice and depends on the weight and destination of the parcel.
Express Delivery
Express delivery is available via DPD. Orders are produced within our stated timescales and are then sent via DPD, offering you next day delivery, Monday to Friday. Minimum order weight of 2KG.
For orders between cut off time is 10am
Most UK postcodes are covered, however, DPD next day delivery is not possible to the following postcodes - AB31-35, AB41-54,AB36-38 AB55-56, BT, EI, FK 17-21, GY9, HS1-9, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-49, PA60-78 PH 19-99, PO30-41 . TR21-25 and ZE. A two day delivery may be possible this is subject to an additional charge, please contact us for details.
